We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at Handle Recruitment. This role will be responsible for leading and managing revenue-generating deals, developing an understanding of client's licensing growth plans, building in-depth knowledge and network of the UK market, and consistently generating new business opportunities.

The Role:
  1. Lead, manage, and complete on revenue-generating deals with established brands across various product ranges.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of client's licensing growth strategies and plans.
  3. Build a strong network of industry contacts and partners within the UK market.
  4. Consistently generate new business opportunities through outbound business development activity and lead conversion.
  5. Own and refine the deal process and activity to drive business growth.
  6. Present regular commercial sales performance updates to the global team.
Requirements:
  1. A strong sales professional with experience working across a large range of licensed product categories.
  2. An excellent negotiator with prior experience leading and closing deals.
  3. Self-motivated, passionate, and hardworking individual.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for driving business growth. We welcome applications from under-represented backgrounds and offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
