As a Certified Pre-Owned Programme Manager at Hyundai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our used car sales strategy. With a strong focus on driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to new heights, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance used car performance, boost market share, and strengthen customer loyalty across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CPO sales and market share strategy to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment of the CPO strategy.
  • Work with key stakeholders to open CPO supply channels to our Retailer network.
  • Ensure sufficient capacity and capability within the Hyundai network to facilitate delivery of CPO volume plan.
  • Work closely with HCUK to ensure competitive finance products are available for the CPO programme.
  • Develop specific ZEV strategy for CPO to ensure sales and RV are maximised on ZEV products.
  • Provide monthly KPI reporting on all aspects of performance to both internal and external stakeholders.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum five years' experience of working in a UK OEM Sales and Marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of used car acquisition methods and strategy.
  • Demonstrable go to market strategy deployment.
  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with data and market intelligence to inform and influence.
  • Capable and confident at c-suite engagement and influencing.
  • Strong, challenging, and competitive individual with the drive to get results.
  • Able to manage, adapt and optimise business processes and to support delivery of business plan.
  • Able to travel the UK to visit Retailers and national events.
  • Personable and able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
