Nicholson Glover is a leading Behavioural Science Consultancy that specialises in creating and delivering transformative Learning and Development programs that integrate Behavioural Science principles.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Science Consultant to lead our Learning and Development initiatives and drive organisational excellence for our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needs and objectives, and design bespoke Learning and Development programs incorporating Behavioural Science principles.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality training materials that align with client goals, address Behavioural challenges, and foster desired outcomes.
- Facilitation and Delivery: Lead engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring active participation, knowledge retention, and Behaviour change.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and enhance training strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional support and collaboration.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and research teams to ensure seamless delivery of training services, and share insights and best practices to continually elevate the effectiveness of Learning and Development offerings.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering Learning and Development programs in a corporate or consulting environment.
- A deep understanding of Behavioural Science principles and their application to training and development.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and effectively communicating complex concepts.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
