The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Science Consultant to lead our Behavioural Science Academy, driving organisational excellence for our corporate clients. As the Behavioural Science Learning & Development Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • L&D Program Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needs and objectives, design bespoke L&D programs incorporating Behavioural Science and advanced instructional design.
  • Content Creation: Develop top-tier training materials that align with client goals, address Behavioural challenges, and foster desired outcomes.
  • Facilitation and Delivery: Lead engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring active participation, knowledge retention, and Behaviour change.
  • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and enhance training strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional support and collaboration.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and research teams to ensure seamless delivery of training services, share insights and best practices to continually elevate the effectiveness of L&D offerings.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for L&D and a client-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D programs in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • A deep understanding of Behavioural Science principles and their application to training and development.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
