ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Behavioural Insights Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple projects driven by behavioural science.
  • Leveraging behavioural science principles to enhance product offerings.
  • Conducting both traditional and online qualitative research.
  • Providing mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development.
  • Overseeing projects from inception to completion, delivering strategic insights to key stakeholders.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A foundational understanding of various behavioural science frameworks (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Commercial acumen and relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • A background in consultancy or agency environments.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A robust qualitative research background, proficient in diverse methodologies.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Competitive salary up to £65,000.
