About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Science Design Consultant to join our team at Nicholson Glover. As a Behavioural Science Design Consultant, you will play a key role in crafting innovative, sensory-driven experiences that drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create visually stunning and effective business communications, physical products, and UX designs using Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a team of Behavioural Architects and Experimental Designers to understand strategies and refine your concepts.
  • Client Engagement: Present and defend your designs in client meetings, clearly communicating the behavioural impact and design rationale.
  • Innovation: Leverage proprietary neurodesign frameworks and bias banks to continuously enhance your design solutions.
Requirements
  • You have a degree in Design, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop.
  • Proven track record of delivering conceptually driven design solutions and presenting them effectively to clients.
  • Creative thinker, problem solver, and strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
