Sales Business Growth Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Workpoint Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the sales revenue of our company by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients. A competitive salary of circa £45,000 per annum, plus company car, pension, bonus, and commission on all new sales will be offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursuing new business opportunities through direct marketing and face-to-face meetings.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Selling all services into existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Knowledge/experience of static and dynamic balancing and balancing machines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success.
