Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Starbucks in Cambridge, CB8 0XG. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work up to 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • To maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • To be responsible for stock management, inventory control, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role or equivalent level of leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
