Job Summary:
A highly respected accountancy firm, EA First, is seeking a skilled and experienced Audit Director to lead and develop its audit team in East Anglia. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing audits, building client relationships, and driving business growth.

The Role:
As an Audit Director, you will have significant UK audit practice experience and expertise in UK GAAP, with IFRS experience being a plus. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring the audit team, fostering growth and excellence, and overseeing audits from planning to final review. Additionally, you will collaborate on business development initiatives, client tenders, and market expansion. The role also offers flexible working arrangements, including office, client site, and home working.

What You Bring:
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for developing teams, and a track record of driving results. You will have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel when required. A contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, and free parking are just some of the benefits on offer.
