Cambridge-based Ensors is looking for an accomplished Corporate Services Audit Manager to join its prestigious audit team. This senior position combines flexible home-working with regular travel to client sites.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the Cambridge Corporate Services Group, leading team members through training, mentoring, and development opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Assignments review and feedback to team members
- Varying client portfolio management, including engagement progress updates
- Negotiating profitability and collecting bills from clients
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in UK audit practice, with essential front-line client interaction and relevant qualifications (ICAEW/ACCA)
- Proven ability to engage with clients on complex issues, guiding them through challenges
- Familiarity with CCH accounts software or equivalent systems
