About the Position:

Average salary: $210,000 - $260,000 per year. This estimate is based on industry standards for a director-level position.

Your Tasks:

  • Coordinate and align global engineering teams across hardware, software, DevOps, and trading systems.
  • Develop clear, actionable project plans with defined timelines to translate technical priorities.
  • Streamline communication and resolve team dependencies to drive results.
  • Enhance processes to support efficient, high-impact development cycles.
What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in technical engineering roles.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to align diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with System Verilog, C++, Rust, Python, and tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Jira.
  • Experience with hardware-software integration; financial markets expertise is a plus.
