If you are an ambitious Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in your culinary career, consider joining our team at The Cavalry, a renowned group of four restaurants in North Wales. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring that all meals are served to the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to contribute to menu planning, manage your section efficiently, and assist with training junior kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role within a reputable establishment, with knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary traditions. They will be able to handle high-pressure situations, such as managing a busy restaurant with 400 covers a day, and possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are also essential, as well as flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and skill level, ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on the individual's background and qualifications. Additionally, we provide sponsorship on a Skilled Worker Visa, supporting your relocation to North Wales, and a collaborative and supportive work environment that values growth and development.
