Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. Located in Llandudno, Wales, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment catering to 90 customers daily.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food using fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing menus. Your creativity and skillset will be showcased as you work with a team of chefs providing catering services.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar kitchen setting, preferably at CDP or junior sous chef level. You should be passionate about great food, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a good understanding of food cost and wastage.

This is a 52-week contract operating 24/7, 5 days over 7, with free on-site parking. The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
