Job Description:

The Arts Promotions Coordinator will play a crucial role in promoting our artistic and community activities, building audiences, and raising our profile. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain effective communication with audiences, visiting companies, and co-producers to ensure revenue-generating opportunities are fulfilled.
  2. Support the project team in launching a new website in Spring 2025.
  3. Contribute to achieving sales targets and increasing venue brand awareness.
  4. Monitor and report on progress against our audience development strategy.
  5. Uphold Park Theatre's brand reputation by ensuring high-quality standards.
  6. Line manage the Marketing Assistant.
  7. Foster collaboration between the Sales & Marketing, Development, and Creative Engagement departments and external producers to maintain consistency in all outward-facing communications.

Estimated salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
