Addiction Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced Addiction Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team at HMP Winchester. This is a critical role within the prison, providing support and guidance to patients who wish to overcome addiction.

This full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, involves coordinating treatment plans and supporting patients in their recovery journey.

Main Duties
  • Coordinating treatment plans for psycho-social patients, ensuring that their needs are met and their care is tailored to their individual circumstances.
  • Supporting patients in their recovery journey, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience of working within the substance misuse multi-disciplinary framework, including housing, social care, healthcare, and mental health pathways.

Salary and Benefits

£31,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
