Job Overview:

Morgan Parkes Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including processing fees and commission payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile fee and commission statements for payment
  • Process and record payments
  • Organize review meetings, including booking the boardroom and arranging catering
  • Take inbound calls and assist with general enquiries
  • Make outbound calls as necessary
  • Accurately process, create, and record invoices when requested
  • Perform general administrative tasks within the office

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administration role
  • IT literacy and competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Team player and flexible
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized with the ability to manage time under pressure
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent
