Eastgate Veterinary Group, Suffolk

We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our team and contribute to the growth and improvement of our practice. As a Clinical Director, you will work positively and proactively with our team to provide exceptional care and service to our clients and their pets.

The Role:

This is a full-time position, working 4 days a week (40 hours), with a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive reimbursement for out-of-hours work and second on-call weekend duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical team and contribute to the development of our practice
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional care and service to our clients and their pets
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and practice performance
  • Manage and develop our clinical team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Contribute to the development of our practice's policies and procedures
