Clinical Director Support Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated assistant to provide administrative support to the Clinical Director at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a management assistant, you will be responsible for responding to queries, minute taking, organising meetings, and dealing with medical rotas. Your duties will also include teaching and training sessions, ensuring accurate and efficient administrative assistance to the Medical Manager and the wider team.
Main Duties of the Job
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Clinical Director, ensuring accurate and efficient administrative assistance to the Medical Manager and the wider team. This will include responding to queries, minute taking, organising meetings, and dealing with medical rotas. You will also be responsible for teaching and training sessions, ensuring that staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
