We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated assistant to provide administrative support to the Clinical Director and other managers within our Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to emails, answering phone calls, and providing minute taking and organisational support.

Main duties of the job

To provide administrative support to the Clinical Director, providing accurate and efficient support to the Medical Manager and wider team.

Person Specification
  • GCSE English / Math's or equivalent.
Experience
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.
  • Admin Experience.
  • Experience in a Medical Environment.
Knowledge
  • Office Procedures and Systems.
  • Knowledge of NHS.
Skills and Abilities
  • High standard of communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to effectively work on own or as part of a team.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of SMART system.
Work Related Circumstances
  • Use of a car or access to a means of mobility to travel across the Trust footprint in line with service needs.
  • Willing to carry out all duties and responsibilities of the post in accordance with the Trust's Equal Opportunities and Equality and Diversity policies.
