Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Project Engineer to join our team at Mercury Systems. As a Quality Project Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Lead and participate in quality audits, assessments, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • MS degree in Engineering or Quality with a strong technical background.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Aviation, Space, and Defense (ASD) industry or related field.
  • English spoken and written.
  • Aerospace & Defense QMS Lead Auditor certification.
  • LEAN, APQP, 6Sigma methodologies knowledge.
