We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Lead to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a Senior Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Private Patient Sales Advisors and providing line management and self-pay pricing support to contribute to the successful delivery of the team's daily and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Private Patient Sales Advisors: Provide line management and self-pay pricing support to ensure the team meets its daily and monthly sales targets.
- Manage Self-Pay Patient Enquiries: Handle all self-pay patient enquiries, both over the phone and online, from initial enquiry through to booking.
- Communicate with Prospective Patients: Communicate clearly and effectively with prospective patients via phone and email to provide information regarding pricing, procedures, consultants, and availability.
- Convert Leads into Appointments: Convert warm leads into appointments/sales to meet key performance targets.
- Lead and Develop the Sales Team: Lead and develop the hospital-based sales team to deliver improved performance on all current and future agreed metrics.
- Anticipate and Diagnose Issues: Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues, and build the case for change with stakeholders and support colleagues to deliver.
Requirements:
- Strong Operational Sales Skills: Demonstrate strong operational sales skills and be able to lead and work effectively to agreed KPIs.
- Target Motivated: Be strongly target motivated.
- Ability to Work Effectively: Be able to work effectively while operating within a national sales framework.
- Proven Track Record: Prove a track record in positively impacting sales growth and performance based on a clear strategy in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to Innovate: Ability to innovate and streamline processes to reduce cost and duplication.
- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills, demonstrating an ability to positively lead teams across multiple locations.
- Time Management and Prioritisation: Balance the role demands and display excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Understanding of Data: Demonstrate understanding of data and the aligned required actions.
- Deliver Required Change: Deliver required change, quickly and without disruption.
- Personal Ownership: Take personal ownership and responsibility to deliver solutions.
