Senior Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring the efficient running of your supply chain while supporting the Client Services Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective account plans to retain and grow existing business
  • Mentor and support junior account managers to ensure their success
  • Closely manage price, quality, and service with each assigned customer through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Assist with the mobilization of new wins and business opportunities
  • Attend customer meetings and provide excellent customer service
  • Offer and assist customers with our online ordering systems
Requirements:
  • Sales or account management experience is essential
  • Team leader, supervisor, senior, or manager experience is essential
  • Experience working with restaurants, hotels, or hospitality venues is ideal
  • Hospitality experience is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and numerate, able to work with spreadsheets
  • Friendly and outgoing, confident at holding client meetings
  • Driving license
