We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounts Manager to join our established client in a pivotal role within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial record-keeping, including utilising Sage for financial record-keeping, handling all accounts tasks, and maintaining office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Sage for financial record-keeping
- Responsible for all accounts tasks
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and suppliers
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Utilise organisational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient office environment
- Supervise office operations to ensure compliance with company policies
Benefits:
- £20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Previous all-round accounts experience
- Previous office management experience is desirable
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
