Urban Karma GB Limited is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing service contracts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement contractual strategies to minimize costs and liabilities.
  2. Negotiate contract terms with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Review and update existing contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Monitor contractual performance using spreadsheets and electronic document management systems.
  5. Analyze risks associated with contract terms and develop mitigation strategies.
  6. Establish language standards for contract documents and ensure compliance.
  7. Provide detailed reporting to stakeholders on contract performance.
  8. Manage financial records, invoices, and credits in accordance with project requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Commercial contracting, drafting, and proposal skills.
  4. Business planning and creation skills.
  5. High-level grammar and language skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and legal software.
  7. Ability to review complex contractual documents.
  8. Proven analytical and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £43,017.00-£46,101.00 per year
