Commercial Contracts Manager Opportunity at M J Coles Construction Services Ltd

M J Coles Construction Services Ltd is a leading construction company specializing in groundworks, modular extensions, shopfitting, commercial decorating, and Terrazzo flooring across the UK.

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee our fitout operations nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of fitout and joinery works, including decorating, and experience working within a similar construction role. They will be adaptable, motivated, and able to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with client project managers and site managers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Work closely with our operations department and fitout site teams to drive project success
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our fitout division and build teams
  • Track project financials and prepare applications, liaising with our QS across multiple projects
  • Procure construction materials and plant, manage suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure health and safety compliance
  • Review incoming tender information to determine project suitability, working alongside our QS

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of contract management experience
  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • Full driving license and CSCS card

Pay: Up to £65,000.00 per year

Additional Pay: Bonus scheme
