About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team at Severn Trent Services. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the winning and delivery of profitable contracts, providing commercial advice and governance to the business.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management principles, with experience of working with different contract forms, providing commercial advice, and resolving contractual issues. You will be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review customer terms and conditions for new business opportunities, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising on compliance with commercial guidelines.
  2. Align customer terms and conditions with our supply chain contracts, minimizing risks to Severn Trent and managing contract change processes.
  3. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Service Delivery, Engineering, Finance, and Contract Management colleagues.
  4. Represent Severn Trent Services at commercial and contractual meetings with MOD and other customers, supporting project-specific insurance inputs and liaising with internal and external insurers.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000, an annual bonus scheme of up to 15% of your annual salary, and a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, a leading pension scheme, and dedicated training and development opportunities.
