About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our busy office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Prepare meeting rooms and arrange lunches for clients and colleagues
  • Scan and file documentation online, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Handle incoming enquiries and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process invoices and resolve any queries or discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team and other departments as required
