Job Title: HR Officer - Temp

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR administration and payroll liaison services, acting as the point of contact for contractual and payroll queries.
  • Administer recruitment and selection processes, ensuring adherence to legislation, best practice, and trust policies.
  • Carry out safer recruitment and vetting checks.
  • Prepare and administer starter/leaver contractual change processes.
  • Process payroll and pension administration.
  • Upload weekly absences onto relevant software.
Requirements:
  • Immediate availability.
  • Recently undergone an Enhanced DBS.
  • Experience in an HR team in Education.

Please note that this is a temporary position, and the successful candidate will be required to work closely with our team to ensure a smooth transition.
