About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Pneutrol International Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will provide proactive HR services across the organisation by offering effective support, guidance, and advice to managers and colleagues on a range of HR matters.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have a good basic education, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years experience providing first-line HR advice. You will have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.
The role will involve building good working relationships with all managers to understand their needs and provide appropriate HR support. You will also facilitate and manage employee relations casework, maintain accurate HR records, and provide generalist day-to-day support to managers.
Key Responsibilities

* Support, advise, and guide managers with sickness absence and capability assessments
* Offer guidance and support to managers during conduct, capability, grievance, and disciplinary investigations
* Draft and approve contractual documents and HR letters
* Coach managers to develop their people management skills
* Work with managers to support recruitment needs
Person Specification
* Good basic education and excellent written and oral communication skills
* Minimum of 2 years experience providing first-line HR advice
* Strong understanding of employment law
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
* Good interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
