**Role Overview**

This SEN/Teaching Assistant role offers a unique chance to work in a wonderfully busy and exciting secondary environment based in the Cinderford area.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will possess patience, a nurturing and kind mindset, flexibility, previous experience with SEN/SEMH, and a compassionate and proactive approach. Additionally, the ability to liaise with teachers and parents is essential.
