Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Expert Support Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to support a pupil with complex behavioural needs. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of support and intervention programmes for SEND, as well as patience, a nurturing mindset, and flexibility.

The successful candidate will work closely with the client to provide individualized support and develop strategies to promote the pupil's learning and well-being. This is a full-time role that requires confidence and expertise in SEN/SEMH and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to a pupil with complex behavioural needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the pupil's learning and well-being
  • Work closely with the client to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
