Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Support Role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to support a pupil with complex behavioural needs in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with non-verbal and complex behavioural needs
  • Work with the school to develop and implement individualised support plans
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the pupil's needs are met
  • Support the pupil's pastoral care and well-being

Requirements:

  • Experience working with pupils with SEN/SEMH
  • Knowledge of behavioural management and support strategies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of support/intervention programmes for SEND
  • Patience, nurturing, and kind mindset
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
