Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our team as an Advertising & Marketing Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies, leading and motivating a team, and adapting to the changing demands of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement marketing strategies with clear goals for various channels and market groups, including positioning and target consumers.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns from inception to end, utilizing internal resources and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market data, and marketing best practices to develop effective strategies.
  • Communicate with senior management on marketing initiatives, strategies, and budgets, and present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate and maintain major marketing platforms, including social media, online, offline, and door-to-door.
  • Contribute to ensuring that brand positioning adheres to established guidelines, arranging and participating in events, including exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and receptions.
  • Determine trends, customer demands, and competitors through market research.
  • Provide captivating content for brochures, ads, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
  • Effectively work alongside the sales team to develop campaigns and promotional materials that are successful.
  • Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance, making necessary strategy adjustments.
  • Participate in developing marketing budgets and monitor spending.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sales and advertising (preferred).
  • Driving license (preferred).
  • Ability to relocate (optional).
