Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to support the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. This includes maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to server and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the Systems, Network, Applications, Development, and Service Desk support teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure all infrastructure services are installed and maintained in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Secure System Policies (SSPs).
  • Maintain the integrity of user and computer accounts, domain configuration, and infrastructure application servers.
  • Support senior managers and the team in their technical endeavors.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Education to degree level in a relevant IT-related subject or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Certification, CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator), VCP (VMWare Certified Professional), or ITIL Foundation qualification.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, with the ability to think clearly and logically.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to elicit information from users, provide telephone support, advise, and coach staff in the use of IT.
