Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to support the efficient operation of our 24/7 infrastructure systems. This will involve maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as collaborating with other teams to deliver infrastructure services.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and resolving complex infrastructure hardware and software problems
  • Maintaining the integrity of user and computer accounts, domain configuration, and infrastructure application servers
  • Supporting senior managers and the team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
  • Experience in dealing with complex IT issues in a large organization
