Senior Human Resources Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Professional to join our HR team at Tarmac Trading.
This broad role will have responsibility for delivering a comprehensive HR service, including change initiatives, talent attraction and development, inclusion and diversity, employee engagement, and business improvement initiatives.
You will be working on site at least 4 days per week, with some travel required across the UK. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful HR projects
