Michael Page is seeking an exceptional HR professional to fill the role of Academy HR Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading early careers activities, implementing and reviewing HR policies, initiatives, and projects, and working closely with leadership to deliver on talent attraction, development, and succession planning.
About the Position:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business success.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and deliver training programs.
- Lead early careers activities, including recruitment, training, and development programs.
- Coach and support line managers on people-related matters.
- Provide HR data, KPIs, and reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar generalist HR Manager role within a comparable sector.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Able to analyze complex HR data and provide actionable insights.
