Job Summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT is seeking a skilled Education Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As an Education Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting school staff to recognize and respond to emerging mental health difficulties in children and young people.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems.
Support senior mental health leads in education settings to introduce or develop whole-school approaches to mental health.
Provide timely advice to school staff and liaise with external specialist services to help children and young people access the right support and stay in education.
