**A Culinary Leader Wanted**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Nevill Crest & Gun in Eridge Green.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, collaborating closely with the Head Chef, and driving the food culture of our pub. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

About you...
Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub, or hotel at senior sous, sous, or kitchen manager level is essential, along with a positive attitude. You will be working alongside the Head Chef, responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture, and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
