Critical Care Specialist

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Specialist to join our Emergency department team.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient care needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing, evaluating, and updating these plans as necessary.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement, evaluate, and update care plans as necessary.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- RN qualification registered with the NMC.
- Significant post-registration experience in Emergency Nursing.
- Diploma/Degree in nursing or related field.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,041 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
