Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
