Care Specialist

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in various settings, including private nursing homes and hospitals. This role requires a strong commitment to promoting independence and ensuring confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake clinical duties as required
- Assist in the provision of effective care
- Promote independence to patients where appropriate
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patients
Requirements:
- High level of compassion when dealing with patients
- Strong communication skills to deal with all patients
- Excellent team player with ability to work independently when required
- 3-6 months of paid experience in healthcare setting within last 5 years
- NISCC registered or willing to become registered
- Mandatory training in place or willing to complete
Work Schedule:
12-hour shifts available, including days and nights, with weekend availability
Salary: £12.00-£25 per hour, including holidays
