Salary
The salary for this role is £24,133 - £26,647 per annum, based on 39 hours per week. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.

Job Description
As a Support Worker with Praxis Care, you will be an integral part of our dedicated staff team supporting individuals to learn and develop their skills to aid in their independence. You will utilise a variety of communication tools to effectively communicate and provide person-centred support. We promote resilience, creativity, and humour in supporting our individuals with day-to-day life.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a caring and compassionate nature, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to carry out your role.
