Opportunity Summary

We are recruiting for a Senior Homelessness and Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our client's Legal Team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a respected London Borough Council and support the management department in providing high-level legal advice on homelessness and handling civil litigation matters.

The role offers a range of benefits, including a Local Government pension scheme, bike loan and season tickets, and discounts in local cafes, shops, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on homelessness to the council and handling complex casework and conducting litigation arising from areas of responsibility
  • Supporting the management team in managing a customer-focused service and effective resource use

Estimated Salary: £59,500 per annum
