We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Lead at the Centre for Homelessness Impact, who will design and deliver activities that promote evidence-based solutions in Scotland.

As a key member of the Implementation Team, you will work closely with local authorities, central government, and third sector organisations to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner organisations, identifying opportunities and crafting tailored plans.
  • Design and execute projects that translate research into actionable advice for practitioners and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of effective practices in homelessness communities, mapping promising approaches and facilitating knowledge sharing.
  • Synthesise expertise from relevant fields to generate insights, provide impactful analysis, and inform decision-making.

With your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, you will effectively coordinate multiple customer relationships and projects, driving results-oriented outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with local government or in the homelessness sector, preferably with established connections in Scotland.
  • Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless project coordination and stakeholder management.
  • A track record in client management and business transformation, such as social impact consultancy or business development.
  • The ability to distill complex information, present recommendations, and support their implementation.

This role offers flexible/hybrid arrangements, allowing you to work remotely or utilise our co-working space in Edinburgh. Our main office is based in central London for those within commuting distance.
