Youth Housing Advocate Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Youth Housing Advocate to join our team at Gloucester City Homes. The successful candidate will provide effective one-to-one intensive person-centred support to young people aged 18-25 who are at risk of homelessness and rough sleeping.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people. You will use a range of tools and techniques to deliver a flexible and inclusive support package that builds confidence and independence.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of housing law and its application within social housing. Knowledge of homeless legislation and best practices is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus benefits.
