The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our team at Clancy. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving written complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer contact through written form and respond within the levels of service required by the business.
  • Ensure SAP job operations & associated file maintenance are completed within level of service and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Resolve SAP errors and found/missing meters.
  • Actively promote your own and Welfare, & Health & Safety to others. Identify and remove hazards and report as appropriate.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and possesses strong communication and organisational skills. Attention to detail, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proactive time management are also key attributes we value.
