About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: You will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met. You will be knowledgeable about our products and services, and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Merchandising: You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of merchandising standards, ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and easy to navigate. You will also be responsible for managing stock levels and pricing, and ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Team Player: You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will be able to work well under pressure, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
