About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of care workers, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care and support. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement care plans, and ensure that our service users' needs are met.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, and who has a strong commitment to our values of compassion, respect, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our management team
  • Ensure that our service users' needs are met and their rights are respected
  • Work closely with our management team to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our care and support policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field
  • Experience of working in a care and support setting, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
