About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, acquired brain injury, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Work closely with the Manager to supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the service.
  • Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Support with supervision, medication management, and financial support for individuals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
  • A Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs.
